Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like you're doing life on autopilot?
Let’s slow it down and sort through it together.

Individual Therapy or Coaching

Whether you're managing anxiety, navigating identity, or simply looking for a grounded space to be fully seen—your care shouldn’t come with confusion or fine print. This is an investment in your peace, not a puzzle to figure out.

Your Mental Health Is Worth Prioritizing

You deserve to know exactly what you're signing up for, from cost to commitment. All sessions are private-pay so you stay in control of your care, no diagnoses required, no red tape, no insurance gatekeeping.

Transparent pricing. No insurance hassles. No surprise bills.

Still have questions?

I don’t work with insurance companies directly, which means your care stays between us, not a corporation. In a system where rules constantly shift and billion-dollar businesses decide what’s “medically necessary,” I’ve chosen not to play that game. It protects you from surprise bills and lets us focus on what you actually need.

If you’d still like to use your insurance, I do provide superbills (think: a fancy receipt) that you can submit on your own. Services like Reimbursify can help with this. Just know that a superbill is not a guarantee of reimbursement, and you’ll need a qualifying mental health diagnosis for it to be eligible.

Many HSA and FSA plans do cover both therapy and coaching, but you'll want to confirm with your provider to be sure.

Private-pay care gives us the freedom to work in a way that’s flexible, personalized, and centered around you, not diagnostic codes or session limits.

no, and this is a major benefit for you.

I price my services below the industry average for my training and experience because I believe therapy should be accessible and sustainable. Along with that, I offer several lower-cost options, like group coaching and book clubs, that still deliver deep support at a fraction of the price per session.

For individual sessions, some clients choose to see me every other week for 75 minutes ($293, Tuesdays only), and I offer a few reduced-fee spots for those in transition or financial need.

If you’re unsure what’s possible, just reach out. I love helping women find the right fit—and I’m happy to walk you through it.

Let’s talk. Your wellbeing matters, and so does mine.

Life happens—to us both. To ensure that I’m able to support all my current and future clients, I hold a firm 48-hour cancellation or reschedule policy.

If we’re unable to reschedule and need to cancel, or you simply no-show, you’ll be charged your full rate.

This is to ensure that time set aside for you, and not available to others, is actually used for your care. When you no-show or late cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, that time, time that could’ve been offered to someone else, is lost.

Additional details will be discussed in our consult and outlined in your onboarding paperwork.

I ask for 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Here’s exactly what to expect after you book:

  1. Choose Your Time: You’ll schedule a time using the link on my site or one I send by email. You’ll get a confirmation email from my calendar system and a quick pre-client acknowledgement form to review.
  2. Free 15-Minute Consult: We’ll talk about what you’re looking for, how I might be able to help, and cover a few logistical details. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll share a few options that might work better for you.
  3. Get Scheduled: During the consult, we’ll get you booked for your first 1:1 session or signed up for the next group or program.
  4. Intake Paperwork: Once you're scheduled, I’ll send you full intake forms to complete before we begin.
  5. Payment Setup: All payments are handled securely through Stripe. 1:1 clients are required to keep a card on file. Coaching groups offer monthly or pay-in-full options; book clubs are paid in full up front.

Before your first session: Make sure your forms are complete and your card is on file. That’s it.

You’ll either schedule directly or hear from me within one business day.

Those are really just branded versions of therapy that’s been around for eons. I don’t believe you need something trendy or re-packaged to make real progress. What the research actually shows? The most important part of therapy is the relationship between you and your therapist. Period.

I bring in everything those trademarked modalities claim to do, but through the lens of REAL, relational therapy focused on your goals, your patterns, and what actually works for you.

Nope, but I do something more flexible and equally powerful in helping you achieve your goals.
