Therapy for Anxiety & Overwhelm in Millennial Women

↠ Emotional overwhelm

Your brain doesn’t stop, your body can’t relax, and even small decisions feel like too much. That’s not because you’re broken, it’s because your nervous system has been stuck in overdrive for way too long.

Straight-A student, gold star employee, the one who always has it handled. But under the performance is a constant hum of “don’t screw this up.” Achievement looks shiny, but it’s exhausting when it’s driven by fear instead of joy.

↠ Overachieving

You learned early on that being “easy” and agreeable kept the peace. Now it feels impossible to say no without guilt. That pattern doesn’t mean you’re weak, it means you were surviving.

↠ People Pleasing

From glass ceilings to double standards, women are told to shrink themselves while carrying everyone else’s load. No wonder you’re tired! It’s not laziness, it’s the weight of a system rigged against you.

↠ The patriarchy

You didn’t wake up one day and decide to feel exhausted, anxious, or like you’re never enough. The world trained you for this—conditioning you to keep the peace, do more than your share, and smile through it all. The problem isn’t you, it’s the impossible expectations you’ve been carrying.

(And Why It’s Not Your Fault)

Why You’re Overwhelmed...

Rebuild Calm & Clarity Without Losing Your Sensitivity or your strength

Your nervous system has been stuck on high alert, making it nearly impossible to relax or think straight. I’ll show you how to actually downshift with simple, science-backed tools that calm the chaos and let your body remember what grounded feels like.

No more white-knuckling your way through the day. You’ll finally have a way back to steady.

You’ve spent years being the reliable one, the fixer, the peacekeeper, often at great expense of yourself. That constant self-abandonment isn’t noble, it’s draining. Here you’ll learn how to quit defaulting to yes, set boundaries that don’t collapse, and show up without selling yourself out. It’s not selfish, it’s survival done smarter.

The nonstop “what ifs” and mental checklists aren’t a personality trait, they’re a sign your system is maxed out. Instead of trying to talk yourself out of anxiety, you’ll learn how to interrupt the loop and shut down the mental static. The result is more clarity, more rest, and less energy wasted spiraling.

You’ve checked every box and still feel like you’re not there yet. That ends here. This is about dropping the societal script, reclaiming your voice, and owning your choices without apology. Confidence isn’t something you earn, it’s who you become when you’ve been attempting to prove you deserve your own life.

It’s your turn to take up space—unapologetically.

If you’re ready for more than pep talks and Pinterest quotes, let’s do this differently. This is therapy built by women, for women: a space that cuts through the noise and helps you build a life that’s spacious, sustainable, and yours. It’s not about squeezing yourself into someone else’s mold, it’s about designing a version of life where you actually get to breathe, lead, and thrive.

VIRTUAL THERAPY SESSIONS IN FLORIDA & TEXAS, USA — COACHING GLOBAlLY

Feminist, Values-Based Therapy for Women

Still have questions?

As of 2025, I’m fully private-pay. That decision lets me offer care that’s more flexible, personalized, and rooted in your values—not dictated by what an insurance company thinks you need. I can also offer therapy that doesn’t require a diagnosis or limit the number of sessions based on a spreadsheet. If you have an HSA/FSA or out-of-network benefits, you may still be able to get reimbursed. Just ask, and I’ll walk you through it.

No, but this is intentional and for your benefit.

Therapy is often more exploratory. It’s ideal when you're navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma responses, or emotional patterns that feel tangled and overwhelming. In therapy, we dig deeper, unpacking your inner parts, childhood conditioning, and the systems that have shaped you. If you're in Texas or Florida, this is where we’d likely start.

Coaching is more action-focused. We’ll still use the same feminist, values-based lens and some of the same tools (like parts work and nervous system care), but it’s more about moving forward than processing the past. Coaching is perfect if you’re not in TX/FL, or if you want direct support, accountability, and a bit of a “get your sh*t together” container, with compassion, of course.

Both include real talk, real tools, and my full support. One isn’t “better” than the other, it’s just about what fits your needs and location. We'll decide in your inquiry call which option will best support you and your goals.

Great question! and the answer depends on what you need right now.

This is feminist, real-life therapy. You don’t need to show up polished or perfect. If your dog’s barking, if your mom calls three times in a row, if you need to sit down on the floor, cool. Show up as you are. This is a space where your nervous system gets to exhale.

One client called it “therapy that feels like talking to your smartest friend, except she has a license, receipts, and real tools.”

Absolutely. In fact, I encourage it.

I don’t believe struggling with anxiety, people-pleasing, burnout, or heartbreak automatically means there’s “something wrong with you.” You’re human. That said, you meet criteria for a diagnosis and want it written down (for clarity or self-understanding), we can talk about that. But this isn’t a place where you’re reduced to a label. It’s a place where all parts of you get to be heard, understood, and supported, no diagnosis required.

Nope. And I won’t force one on you either.

Some clients come in for short-term support (a few months), while others work with me longer to unravel deeper patterns, rebuild confidence, and practice new ways of being. But this is not therapy that drags on forever, we’re doing real, active work here. If we’re not moving the needle, we’ll talk about it and pivot.

Honestly? That depends on your goals and where you’re starting from.
