Group Coaching for Anxious, Overthinking Women Who Care "Too Much"

↠ Emotional Exhaustion

You’re not lazy. You’re maxed out. Even little things feel like big things when your nervous system has been in survival mode for years.

You’re the high-achieving one, the resilient one, the one who always figures it out. But inside, you’re tired of pretending and ready to be real.

↠ The Pressure to Be “Fine”

You know you need to say no... and then spiral with guilt for doing it. People-pleasing isn’t a personality flaw, it’s a survival strategy you were praised for.

↠ Guilt for Setting Boundaries

You’re managing everything—emotionally, mentally, and logistically. You’re the one friends and coworkers rely on. But who supports you?

↠ The Invisible Load

You didn’t become anxious, exhausted, or disconnected by accident. You were trained to overfunction, overdeliver, and override your own needs—while pretending you’re fine. Now, even rest feels like a task, and asking for support feels selfish.

(and Why Doing It Alone Isn’t Working)

Why You're So Burned Out...

Shared Struggles Group Coaching Helps Unpack:

You’re not the problem. But trying to do it all on your own again?
That might be.

Your nervous system has been running on survival mode—fight, flight, freeze, or fawn. In group coaching, we’ll help you ground yourself using somatic tools, nervous system education, and collective regulation. This isn’t just breathing exercises, it’s learning to listen to your body’s “yes” and “no” in real time.

You’ll finally understand why you feel stuck, and how to come back to steady.

You’ve spent years being the reliable one, the fixer, the peacekeeper, often at great expense of yourself. That constant self-abandonment isn’t noble, it’s draining. Here you’ll learn how to quit defaulting to yes, set boundaries that don’t collapse, and show up without selling yourself out. It’s not selfish, it’s survival done smarter.

You’re tired, but you can’t turn your brain off. Group coaching gives you tools to interrupt the anxiety loop and real-time support when you forget how. This isn’t about fixing you. It’s about showing you how to pause, recalibrate, and conserve energy that used to go to overthinking and worrying.

You’ve been hustling for approval, checking all the boxes, and still wondering, “Why don’t I feel like myself?” In this space, you’ll get honest mirrors and compassionate call-ins, not advice, but perspective. Confidence doesn’t come from doing more. It comes from being seen and accepted, exactly as you are.

Built by a feminist therapist who’s also been the over-functioning friend, this is a space where you can drop the performance, say the thing, and stop apologizing for having needs. Together, we untangle conditioning, share tools, and hold space for each other’s healing, without judgment or fixing.

VIRTUAL GROUP COACHING FOR WOMEN ACROSS THE U.S. (AND BEYOND)

calling all Women Who Are Tired of Pretending They’re Fine

You don’t owe anyone your silence, your exhaustion, or your perfection.

Still have questions?

Group therapy often focuses on emotional processing and clinical diagnoses. Group coaching, on the other hand, is more like a professionally guided support group. It’s focused on practical tools, real-time growth, and honest connection, with space to build relationships that last beyond the Zoom room.

These coaching groups are built for high-achieving women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or alone, and want clarity and community without the clinical filter.

Think of it like sitting at a long brunch table with 9 other women but with more healing and less mimosas. We talk boundaries, burnout, people-pleasing, nervous system regulation, and how to stop pouring from an empty damn cup.

Short answer: less diagnosis, more connection.

Most people feel nervous at first. This isn’t a “spill your trauma to strangers” kind of group. You set the pace. I create a grounded, warm container where nothing is required, and you’ll never be called on or pressured to share more than you want to. You can come just to listen at first, and even that may be healing.

Many clients say the group became the safest space they’ve ever had. And that first “me too” moment? Game-changing.

That’s normal, but usually short lived.

These are 10-week small groups (10 women max) that meet once a week, virtually. That consistency is part of the magic—building safety, momentum, and trust over time. You’ll also get prompts and tools between sessions, but there’s no homework police. Just support that fits your real life.

One hour and a half per week to stop feeling like you’re unraveling? Yes, please.

It’s weekly, 90 minutes, and worth every second.

Life happens, and I get it. You're encouraged to attend all 10 weeks for your growth and the group’s momentum, but occasional absences are understandable. If something comes up (especially something longer-term), reach out and we’ll talk through options. Just a heads-up: in most cases, the group fee is nonrefundable.

No shame, no problem. life happens.

These groups are made for millennial women who are tired of doing it all alone. If you’re burned out, emotionally tired, and secretly wondering if you’re “too much”—but also afraid you’re not doing enough—this space will feel like home. You don’t need to be fixed. You need to be witnessed, challenged, and supported.

You’re allowed to take up space here. And sometimes healing looks like hearing, “Same, girl.” from someone across the screen.

If you’ve ever said “I feel alone even though I know I’m not,” this is for you.
